Grant Associates in New York seeks a Grant Writer and Communications Coordinator to lead grant writing and communications projects across marketing, RFPs, blogs and white papers. You will craft clear, audience-focused content and manage multiple initiatives with tight deadlines.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or related field and 3–5 years of related experience, with strong writing and editing skills and proficiency in MS Office,

Qualifications

• The candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or related field.
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading and oral communications with ability to tailor complex information for various audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple and diverse projects with independent judgment under shifting priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and client service mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to distill industry language into customer-friendly language.

Responsibilities

• Support grant writing and related communications materials (grant/RFP responses, blogs, white papers, PowerPoint presentations).
• Create marketing communications plans and materials for multiple audiences across channels.
• Distill technical content into accessible, customer-friendly language.
• Coordinate projects, track progress, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
