The YWCA Northeastern Massachusetts, Inc. is seeking a Grant Writer to identify, define, and develop funding sources for programs and operations in Lawrence, MA.
You will manage grant proposals, reports, and contracts, and cultivate relationships with private foundations. You will collaborate with leadership to articulate the YWCA mission to donors and funders, ensure timely submissions, and monitor outcomes across state and federal funding streams.

Identify, define, and develop funding sources to support existing and planned program activities and operational costs at the YWCA Northeastern Massachusetts. This person will be responsible for the grant writing and funding application development and submission of grant proposals. As well as to identify funding and cultivate relationships with private foundations. This person will also manage the reporting and contract management for the YWCA state and federal funding streams.
