Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or appropriate combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years administrative support experience.
• Experience with budgeting & financial management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-award administration of grants and contracts.
• Obtain all essential approvals for routing sheets in preparation of Grant Submission.
• Complete and pre-approve proposal components in InfoEd or sponsor forms.
• Assist in creating proposal budgets with personnel effort commitments.
• Ensure regulatory protocols (IRB/IACUC/EHS/Conflict of Interest) are established.
• Manage post-award administration from inception to closing of accounts.
• Oversee the center’s sponsored project portfolio and operating budgets.
• Monitor project balances and adhere to sponsor rules.
• Provide and develop financial and technical reports for PIs/OSR.
