Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of research administration guidelines of Federal and non-Federal sponsors.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable compliance requirements related to use.
• Ability to manage significant volume of transactions.
• Ability to perform complex financial analysis and customized reporting.
• Demonstrated writing skills and ability to draft persuasive text for funding proposals.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and submit single- and multi-investigator federal, state and private contracts and grants.
• Prepare budgets, budget justifications, and proposal documents; manage data entry and uploads.
• Lead regular proposal preparation meetings with faculty; coordinate cross-unit teams.
• Support pre- and post-award management and related department purchasing needs.
