Job summary

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Memphis, seeks a Research Administrator I to support investigators through the grant and contract proposal submission process.

You will independently manage a diverse portfolio of sponsored awards, ensuring compliance with sponsor guidelines and working with cross-functional teams to advance pediatric research. This role includes training, growth opportunities, and the chance to contribute to a mission-driven organization dedicated to curing pediatric

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Some experience with grants and sponsored program administration and related regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in management of grants and sponsored programs, including proposal documents and budget monitoring.
• Read, interpret and apply sponsor guidelines and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with research teams and sponsor institutions to support issue resolution.
• Negotiate standard terms and conditions for basic sponsored research agreements.
• Assist in developing, revising budgets and budget justifications.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
