Job summary

Broward County, through the Crisis Intervention and Support Division (CISD) in the Human Services Department, seeks a program leader to coordinate a major county program, manage grants and partnerships, and drive data reporting for high-impact community services. This role supports OVW-funded initiatives and collaborates with law enforcement and prosecutors.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in business, public administration or closely related field, with substitution of experience allowed at 1:1 year.
• Requires 2 years experience managing staff, special projects or programs in Human Services or closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of a large county program; supervise grants and budgets.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures and guidelines for programs and services.
• Prepare reports and analyze data; oversee OVW grant deliverables and progress reporting.
• Coordinate with law enforcement, prosecutors and providers to strengthen sexual violence response.
• Maintain data collection practices and generate performance/production reports.
