Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum three years' experience with Federal grants preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Federal grant programs and local government operations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Federal and State grant programs, including ARPA closeouts.
- Develop and maintain grant monitoring, reporting, and compliance systems.
- Monitor subrecipients from application through closure and conduct risk assessments.
- Coordinate with County staff, Commissioners, and external partners for program implementation.
- Assist with grant applications and related public hearings and meetings.
- Negotiate contracts and MOUs with subrecipients; support special projects.
