• Master’s Degree and two years’ grant management experience supporting diverse student populations.
• Experience addressing barriers faced by low-income, first-generation, and minority students.
• Knowledge of grant management, compliance, and program evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure grant-funded activities are implemented.
• Maintain compliance with federal regulations and program guidelines.
• Prepare annual reports and program assessments.
• Recruit, retain, and support eligible students throughout the program.
• Coordinate internships, workshops, and graduate school preparation.
• Manage budget, procurement, and records for TRIO program.
• Supervise staff and collaborate with campus offices.
