The role collaborates with school leadership and finance, maintains audit-ready records, monitors deadlines, and supports grant reporting and compliance across Florida statewide online programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, business, finance, public administration, or related field.
• Experience with grant administration, budgeting, compliance, or program coordination.
• Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Excel/Sheets or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day grant implementation and monitor progress toward goals.
• Maintain grant budgets, expenditure logs, and financial tracking records.
• Monitor expenditures, encumbrances, and remaining balances.
• Review documentation for grant-funded purchases, invoices, and contracts.
• Ensure alignment with grant plan and SIP; maintain audit-ready records.
• Track deadlines, reporting requirements, budgets, and implementation activities.
• Assist with grant reporting including financial and program information.
• Monitor compliance with Florida DoE and federal grant requirements.
• Identify budget/compliance concerns and escalate appropriately.
• Coordinate with finance on purchasing, reimbursements, and budget reconciliation.
• Provide regular updates to school leadership on spending and compliance.
