Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for this full-time role.
• Minimum two years of program or project coordination experience in professional, academic, or nonprofit settings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Google Workspace and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide operational leadership for Artful Worship Grant.
• Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines with attention to detail.
• Prepare grant reports by organizing data, tracking outcomes, and coordinating documentation.
• Build collaborative relationships with faculty, students, University offices, and external partners.
