Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to distill information and develop insights for clients.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal communications and teamwork skills.
• Self-starter, team player, and leader in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with application eligibility review for Federal, State or Local Government grant programs.
• Work with government organizations to maximize federal assistance.
• Perform research, apply analytical methodologies of federal regulations, and summarize findings.
• Support prioritization and implementation of programmatic activities and strategic initiatives.
• Create SOPs and guidelines for use of federal funding by state and local governments.
• Develop performance metrics and visualize data to evaluate grant performance.
• Manage meetings, prepare materials, and document minutes.
• Prepare memos outlining eligibility, expenses, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Create briefing materials and reports for diverse stakeholders.
• Present work to small audiences to support client decisions.
• Foster a positive team and client relationship and identify growth opportunities.
