Job summary

Qualifications

• Masters degree in business management, mental health or related field.
• Experience with project management including payroll, reporting and event planning.
• Attention to detail and comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders.
• Significant experience coordinating among people, organizations and external partners.
• Experience with grant management.
• Current authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support partnership development, data collection and professional development for BSBBHC.
• Manage data collection and analysis across grant implementation phases.
• Coordinate purchasing, space booking and conference logistics for the program.
• Ensure DOE grant approvals and complete required paperwork.
• Oversee stipends and grant-related expenses and payments.
• Produce annual MH partner service reports and maintain data access for partners.
