Job summary

Civicworks in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a Grant Manager for the Florida Division of Emergency Management to oversee grant funds for emergency management operations, including preparing and submitting grant applications.

Qualifications

• At least two years of professional experience in research and analysis.
• At least two years implementing and managing complex projects.
• Training in contract and grant management.
• Knowledge of Florida state accounting systems (FLAIR/PALM/MFMP/FACTS/DEMES/LASPBS/BAPS).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Access and Excel.
• Knowledge of standard accounting procedures and reconciliation processes.
