Live 2 Give Hope, a nonprofit in Lebanon, Missouri, seeks a Funding and Resource Development Specialist (AmeriCorps VISTA) to build grant capacity and donor systems. The role focuses on creating pipelines, tracking, reporting, and sustainability planning to diversify funding for programs like Fostering Hope Closet and Kids' Night Out.

The VISTA member will work to develop templates, calendars, and stewardship processes while coordinating with staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising or grant writing is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, including public speaking and writing/editing.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with different stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Research grant opportunities aligned with organizational priorities.
• Build a written funding pipeline identifying prospective funders, eligibility criteria, and deadlines.
• Design and implement a grant tracking and reporting system, including templates and calendars.
• Develop donor engagement and stewardship templates and a fundraising calendar.
• Document a long-term sustainability plan for grant development and donor stewardship.
