Tallahassee State College is seeking a full-time Traffic Safety Fiscal Assistant (P09635), a grant-funded role housed at the Florida Department of Transportation. The position reports to the Traffic Safety Administrator and handles tracking and processing of subgrants and reimbursement claims.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, has experience as a staff assistant or in office operations, and possesses a valid Florida driver license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience as a staff assistant or in office operations and management support.
• Professional and non-professional experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Tracking and processing of subgrants and claims for reimbursements.
• Day-to-day, manage office operations and provide administrative support to the Traffic Safety Administrator.
