Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in healthcare administration, business, public health, project management, or related field.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel across the service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and logistical support to the Project Director for RMOMS initiatives.
• Coordinate project activities and assist with monitoring timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Maintain accurate project records and tracking tools for oversight.
• Collect, organize, and analyze performance, financial, operational, and outcome data.
• Assist with grant reporting and compliance documentation.
• Support staffing, training, workflow development, and operational activities.
• Coordinate communication among providers, community organizations, and partners.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and educational materials on project progress.
• Participate in community and partner meetings and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify barriers that may impact timelines and help resolve them.
• Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Adapt to changing priorities and support additional grant-funded initiatives.
