Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the RMOMS program, a grant-funded initiative aimed at improving access to maternal healthcare in rural Missouri. You will work with healthcare providers, community organizations, and partners across a six-county service area to keep activities, reporting, and partnerships on track.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, project management, or related field.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and logistical support to the Project Director in RMOMS initiatives.
• Coordinate project activities and assist with monitoring timelines and deliverables.
• Maintain accurate project records and tracking tools for oversight and accountability.
• Collect and assist with analyzing project performance, financial, and operational data.
• Support preparation of grant reports and required documentation.
