Job summary

Camden City School District seeks a highly organized Full-Time Program Assistant to support the School-Based Mental Health Grant. You will provide day-to-day administrative and programmatic support to ensure activities are organized, documented, and implemented per grant requirements.

Under the Grant Project Manager, you will coordinate scheduling, data collection, meetings, and communications with administrators, counselors, mental health staff, and community partners to advance grant goals and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience in administrative, program, school, nonprofit, grant, or project support preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, email, and other standard office technology.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information.
• Ability to work collaboratively with administrators, educators, mental health professionals, community partners, students, and families.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities funded through the SBMH Grant.
• Support the Grant Project Director in objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Maintain organized records related to grant activities and expenditures.
• Assist in monitoring timelines and communicate deadlines to staff.
• Prepare documentation to demonstrate progress toward grant goals.
