Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of experience in career services, experiential education, or related area preferred.
• Experience in higher education is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand internship and experiential learning opportunities.
• Advise and coach students through internship searches, resumes, applications, interviews, and professional development.
• Coordinate career-related events, career fairs, and employer information sessions.
• Collaborate with faculty and employer partners to support student career readiness.
• Monitor internships, maintain relationships, and report program outcomes.
