Job summary

Denton Independent School District's Advanced Tech Center seeks an NTAEL Intake and Data Coordinator to lead program recruitment, data management, and marketing within the NTAEL grant.

Responsibilities include coordinating data entry in TEAMS, developing SOPs, training intake staff, and collaborating with partners to meet grant targets; occasional weekend hours and travel are required. This role is grant-funded and subject to renewal based on funding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Master’s degree preferred (education with administrative emphasis or marketing).
• Three years of experience in a Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) Adult Education and Literacy program with TEAMS proficiency.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Market programs to adult learners and partners to meet grant targets.
• Coordinate data entry and reporting in TEAMS.
• Develop SOPs and ensure program compliance.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise intake/data staff.
• Travel within the service area and occasional extended hours.
