Job summary

Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC) is seeking an instructional support specialist to assist in classrooms and labs, providing tutoring and case management to students.

Start date as soon as possible; 38.75 hours weekly, 100% on-site, with flexibility within WI.

Qualifications

• Education: associate degree or higher in a comparable field.
• Experience: at least two years in education support or related role.
• Language: fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Support classroom and lab activities and tutoring.
• Provide case management support to individuals or small groups.
• Coordinate instructional materials and startup packets.
• Assist with makeup testing and proctoring as needed.
• Update inventory data and prepare reports.
• Serve as liaison between students and faculty.
