Denver Public Schools is seeking a dedicated professional to support Emily Griffith's CAREERS program, guiding refugee and immigrant students through pathway navigation, academic advising, and job readiness. This grant-funded role emphasizes collaboration with community partners and campus staff.

You will help students set education and employment goals, tailor resumes, coordinate referrals, and participate in partnerships and grant reporting to advance student success.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred in Counseling, Social Work, Higher Education, or related field.
• Experience in multicultural settings and with diverse industries is preferred.
• Experience with student information systems and/or career coaching is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record for past three years.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pathway navigation, academic advising, and career coaching to students/participants.
• Edit and tailor resumes and cover letters; prepare for interviews via workshops and 1:1 sessions.
• Coordinate with agencies to create a streamlined pipeline for program participants.
• Collaborate with faculty/staff to improve enrollment processes and student success.
• Attend partnership meetings with resettlement agencies, government programs, and workforce partners.
• Support grant activities, data collection, and reporting for EGTC programs.
• Report on program outcomes and grant requirements as assigned.
