• Experience developing and implementing Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) and PBIS.

Responsibilities

• Analyze behavior and attendance data to develop strategies addressing student needs.
• Collaborate with educators and staff to implement interventions.
• Monitor student progress and adjust plans every 2–4 weeks.
• Lead schoolwide initiatives to promote positive behavior and PBIS.
• Provide consultation and support to staff and families to promote consistent strategies.
