State of Oklahoma is seeking a Grant Coordinator I in the Oklahoma Insurance Department to manage grants for the Strengthen Oklahoma Homes program. You will handle correspondence, liaison with agencies, and develop clear communications.

The role emphasizes grant administration, regulatory adherence, data management, and coordination with partners to ensure successful grant outcomes and reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in financial management with grant/contract management experience across federal, state, or local programs.
• Experience managing grants/contracts including development, negotiation, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional level grant management support including deliverables and financial reporting.
• Assist grant applicants and recipients with program guidance and regulatory procedures.
• Evaluate grant recipient eligibility, completeness, and appropriateness.
• Coordinate grant recipient monitoring via calls and site visits to document performance.
• Collaborate with IBHS, certified evaluators, and contractors for program support.
• Receive, review, and organize applications for the Strengthen Oklahoma Homes program.
• Prepare briefings, trainings, and workgroups to support program delivery.
