Oklahoma Insurance Department seeks a Grant Coordinator I to support the Strengthen Oklahoma Homes program. You will handle casework communications, liaison with federal, state, and local agencies, and help prepare required reports and briefings.

The role requires grant management expertise, budget oversight, and strong analytical abilities to evaluate eligibility and ensure compliance with program guidelines. Telework may be available after training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in financial management or related field required; grant/contract management experience preferred.
• Experience developing, negotiating, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating grants/contracts for public or private sectors.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to prepare reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional level grant management support for program deliverables and financial reporting.
• Offer technical assistance to grant applicants and recipients on guidelines and policies.
• Evaluate grant recipient files for eligibility and completeness; monitor grant performance.
