Founded on the belief that lasting recovery is possible, HIA operates across six states — Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, Texas, and North Carolina — serving individuals and families affected by addiction through residential recovery programs, community outreach, and discipleship.Every member of the HIA team is called to embody the organization's mission and values as both a professional and a servant leader.Position SummaryThe Grant Coordinator researches and identifies grant sources, develops and maintains funding relationships, writes and submits grant proposals, and monitors the implementation of a variety of grant opportunities to support Hope Is Alive's mission.Ministry AlignmentThis position requires active support of HIA's Statement of Faith and Code of Conduct. The following reflect how this role specifically advances our mission:Every grant secured translates directly into more residents served, more homes staffed, and more families reached by HIA's mission.Building strong, honest relationships with funders reflects the same integrity and stewardship HIA expects in every donor relationship, since funders are trusting HIA to use their resources well.This role requires the same diligence and follow through HIA expects in every area of ministry, since inaccurate reporting or a missed deadline can jeopardize funding that residents depend on.Key ResponsibilitiesThe following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this position.
