This role ensures billing aligns with contract terms, incurred costs, funding limitations, and applicable government requirements while supporting audit-ready documentation and timely collections.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit invoices in accordance with contract terms for cost-reimbursable, time-and-materials, firm-fixed-price, and milestone-based agreements.
• Submit invoices through government systems, including WAWF/iRAPT and agency-specific invoicing portals.
• Track contract funding, ceilings, level of effort, and periods of performance; identify and elevate limitation-of-funds and limitation-of-cost thresholds.
• Manage grant drawdowns and prepare required financial reports.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple contract requirements accurately.

• Experience with Deltek or another government-compliant ERP billing module is preferred.
• Experience in life sciences or healthcare is preferred.
