Job summary
The State of Indiana, Department of Workforce Development, is seeking a Grant Compliance Monitor to serve as the subject matter expert for LWDA governance, conducting compliance reviews under WIOA and related programs. Analyze performance, prepare detailed reports, and verify corrective actions while collaborating with the Workforce Division to improve quality and outcomes.
Responsibilities include developing monitoring guides, providing technical assistance, and supporting special projects.
Qualifications
- Experience conducting program compliance reviews and reporting.
- Knowledge of federal and state grants and guidance.
- Ability to communicate with leadership and staff.
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role is acceptable.
Responsibilities
- Lead compliance reviews for LWDA governance under WIOA.
- Prepare detailed monitoring reports and verify corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the Workforce Division on special projects.
- Develop monitoring guides and tools for program compliance.
- Provide technical assistance to LWDA and internal teams.
- Support training and onboarding for staff on program requirements.
- Participate in management committees and governing boards.
