Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business finance with accounting emphasis is required.
• Two or more years of related work experience.
• Experience with accounting software and CFRs related to grant compliance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a YNHA vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accounting records comply with audit, grantors, and donor requirements and secure accurate SEFA.
• Input grant budgets into MIP and prepare annual close out checklists.
• Prepare monthly reimbursements and Time & Efforts reconciliation for grant compliance.
• Monitor sub-recipients and reporting for various grants and maintain grant documentation archive.
• Lead grant and contract management budgeting with CFO and program managers.
