Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 1 year of accounting experience.
• Experience with financial systems such as PeopleSoft.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal and client‑oriented skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing processes and organizational growth.

Responsibilities

• Track grant funding and ensure accounts comply with sponsor guidelines and reporting schedules.
• Provide financial administrative support to PIs, including voucher payments and travel reimbursements.
• Review and analyze financial data for accuracy and resolve issues.
• Attend departmental, college, and university meetings to stay updated on financial policies.
• Maintain internal controls and proper documentation of transactions.
