Job summary

Coldspring is seeking a full-time Granite Finisher in Cold Spring, MN. You will layout and finish complex granite pieces using Omag mills and various finishing techniques, with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities include reading production tickets, measuring layouts, applying multiple finishes, operating jetter booths, and ensuring quality before ticket completion. Must lift 50 lbs and work Monday–Friday with possible overtime.

Qualifications

• Must have good hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to perform a variety of duties with minimal supervision.
• Excellent problem solving and time management skills.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Reads production tickets to determine hand finishing work.
• Layout stone using tape measure, pattern, and square.
• Finish stone with various methods (VM, Bush hammer, 4-cut, corduroy).
• Operate Omag mills and saws; load programs from network.
• Use torches and grinders to finish edges and surfaces.
• Inspect stone quality to meet production standards.
• Operate cranes and lifting devices to move stone as needed.
