Job summary

Coldspring, a Minnesota-based stone fabrication specialist, is hiring for a full-time, hourly position with weekend shifts (Friday–Sunday, 9am–9:30pm) and overtime as needed. The role involves operating machines such as saws, CNC stone mills, epoxy applicator, and polishers to meet production demands.

You will inspect stone, read tickets, and ensure quality, while cross-training across departments to support production.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required (training provided).
• General computer skills and math ability.
• Familiarity with CNC/Milling/Turning software (CAD/CAM).
• Ability to read production tickets and measurements.
• Color perception required; not color blind.
• Read imperial and metric tape measures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect stone for quality, dimensions, flatness and squareness.
• Read production tickets to determine work.
• Review work and ensure specs; use patterns and measuring tools.
• Apply stone finishing and bonding per customer specs.
• Load/unload with cranes and secure stones safely.
• Set up CNC stone mills and operate saws/polish machines.
