Job summary

Welch’s Grandview plant is seeking a Plant Manager to lead all Production, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Distribution functions, delivering safe, efficient, high‑quality operations while driving continuous improvement and employee engagement.

As site leader, you will partner with Supply Chain and Finance to plan budgets, monitor KPIs, and prepare the operation for harvest season, including a 24/7 production window.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations or related field.
• Food and beverage experience, preferably in beverage processing.
• Prior plant management or senior production operations management role.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement/Lean methods and tools (Six Sigma, TPM, 5S) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safety, regulatory and compliance responsibilities to ensure a safe workplace.
• Provide leadership presence on-site and drive ownership, continuous improvement and adaptability.
• Develop talent through growth plans and succession planning.
• Collaborate with Finance to develop plans, budgets and monitor KPIs.
• Partner with Commercial and Supply Chain to align on priorities and performance.
