Welch's is hiring a Plant Manager for our Grandview facility, leading Production, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering and Distribution. This role requires driving safe, efficient operations, continuous improvement, and a high-performing culture to meet harvest-season challenges and year-round commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations or related major.
• Prior plant management or senior production operations management role required.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement/Lean methods (Six Sigma, TPM, 5S) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site leadership, transforming operations with ownership and continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop a collaborative team, aligning with a vision of excellence and accountability.
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, line setup, and production optimization to meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with Finance to plan budgets, optimize resources, monitor financial trends and close gaps.
