Welch's is seeking a Plant Manager for its Grandview, WA facility to lead production, quality, maintenance, engineering and distribution. The role emphasizes safety, continuous improvement, and a high-performing culture as the business undergoes transformation.

Seasonal harvest requires 24/7 readiness with strong leadership and collaboration across functions. You will partner with the Supply Chain and Commercial teams to align on product quality, service, and operational priorities while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Experience leading plant operations and driving continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and waste reduction.
• Proven ability to develop people and manage cross-functional teams.
• Experience budgeting and managing P&L for a manufacturing site.

Responsibilities

• Lead production, quality, maintenance, engineering and distribution as site leader.
• Drive safety, regulatory compliance and 0-waste culture across the plant.
• Develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives and Lean programs.
• Manage annual operating plans, budgets and financial performance.
• Foster engagement, succession planning and talent development.
• Collaborate with sales, supply chain and customers on priorities.
