Responsibilities

  • Oversee planning and execution of rooming lists, transportation needs, and supervision of tour riders.
  • Communicate expectations and roles to team members.
  • Assist in hospitality rider oversight.
  • Distribute correspondence across departments and coordinate with Production/Tour managers.
  • Resolve guest concerns and report to leadership as needed.
  • Monitor payroll and provide bi-weekly payroll breakdown to execs.
  • Assist in managing merchandise sales.
  • Daily intercompany delivery runs.
  • Review contracts and transportation spreadsheets.
  • Support awareness of property events, products and services for guest satisfaction.
  • Provide professional and friendly guest services.
  • Perform any other duties within scope of position.

Job description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Oversee the planning and execution of rooming lists, transportation needs, and the supervision of tour riders.
  • Clearly communicate expectations, roles, and responsibilities to subordinate team members.
  • Assist in overseeing the hospitality riders.
  • Distribute correspondence to Front Desk, Transportation, Bell Desk, AV/Entertainment Technicians, Sales, Food and Beverage, and all other departments as needed or directed. Correspond with Production/Tour managers via personal interaction, telephone, fax or e-mail.
  • Resolve guest concerns and report as needed to leadership.
  • Monitor payroll spreadsheets and provide bi-weekly payroll breakdown to executive management and administration as needed.
  • Assist in managing and organizing all merchandise sales.
  • Daily runs for intercompany delivery.
  • Review and maintain contracts and transportation spreadsheets.
  • Aware of all property and brand events, initiatives, products, and services to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Provide professional and friendly guest services.
  • Any other duties as assigned within the scope of this position.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Knowledge of IATSE contracts and verbiage.

  • Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate.
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 2 years’ entertainment experience is required or any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES
  • Must be able to maintain appropriate Gaming License & Alcohol Awareness card.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • While performing the duties of this job, the team member is constantly sitting, standing, walking, reaching overhead, bending over, frequently crouching, and kneeling during the duration of their shift.
  • Must be able to push/pull 50lbs or less frequently and 100lbs or less occasionally.
  • The team member will constantly have repetitive use of both feet. Team member will constantly have repetitive use of their dominant hand, occasional use of their non-dominant hand, and constant light grasping motions. Team member will have occasional use of firm/strong grasping motion. Finger dexterity of both hands will be frequently required.
  • Constant use of vision abilities is required including distance, depth perception, field of vision, and color vision.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Work performed indoors and outdoors, alone and frequently with and around others. Team Member will perform work face-to-face including verbal contact with others on extended shifts in possible confined areas around computer equipment, mechanical equipment, and other electrical devices.
  • Team Member may be around flame/heat generated devices.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
  • Team Member may be exposed to extreme heat/cold, vibrations, slippery surfaces, high places, moving objects, fumes/odor and/or secondhand smoke.
