Chick-fil-A Andalusia is opening a new location and seeks a Grand Opening Team Member to help launch the restaurant, build a strong team culture from day one, and create memorable experiences for thousands of guests. Qualifications
- Must be 18 or older.
- Available to work between 6:00am and 3:00pm.
- Able to work at a fast, efficient pace—hustle is a must.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
- Positive attitude, coachable.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a fast-paced, upbeat environment preparing safe, tasty food with state of the art equipment.
- Maintain a clean work environment with high standards and expectations.
- Join a team of over 80+ Team Members focusing on growth, personal and professional development.
- Pave a clear path from Team Member to Supervisor to Director within the organization.
- Enhance guest experience with attentive service and personalized interactions.
