Job summary

4over is seeking a Grand4Mat Operator I for 1st shift in Phoenix, AZ. You will set up and operate large format printers to produce quality printed products per customer specs, while maintaining safety and efficiency in a climate-controlled production plant.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience with large format equipment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read job orders accurately. Training will align with business needs and you will contribute to a collaborative safety

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience with Grand (Large Format) printing equipment.
• Ability to read and follow job orders and specifications.
• Basic numerical skills for color and quantity calculations.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate Grand format printers according to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Review job orders for print specs and ensure parameters are followed.
• Maintain production logs, quality checklists, and documentation.
• Adhere to safety policies and wear PPE as required.
