Job summary

4over in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Operator I, G4M for 1st shift to set up, adjust and safely run Grand4Mat printers. The role requires attention to print specs, routine maintenance, and efficient production of high-quality jobs at $14–$16 per hour.

You will review job orders, document production logs, follow safety protocols, and participate in a strict shift schedule (5:00 AM–1:30 PM). Prior experience with Grand Large Format equipment is preferred; HS diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills when faced with machine issues.
• Time management to handle multiple print jobs and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail for color accuracy, image sharpness and placement.
• Ability to read and follow English policies and instructions.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Reliable and efficient with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Access Batching System to view schedule and identify priority jobs.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on large format printers.
• Identify and help resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Review job orders for print specs: quantity, stock, ink colors, instructions.
• Complete and maintain production logs, maintenance records, quality checklists, and forms.
• Remove waste items for recycling and maintain workspace cleanliness.
• Complete paperwork and records as required by procedures.
• Attend meetings and follow safety policies; wear PPE as required.
