Columbia Grammar & Preparatory School seeks a full-time resource teacher as needs arise, including absences, break and meeting coverage, and providing additional support. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with grammar school-aged students (pre-kindergarten to fifth grade) and an eagerness to collaborate with others. In addition, the candidate must demonstrate a strong interest in and understanding of child development, possess excellent oral and written communication skills, and take initiative. The candidate should be driven to explore ways to reach all learners through differentiated instruction, student-centered teaching, positive classroom management, and a variety of assessment methods.
