Heartland Corn Products in Winthrop, MN seeks a Grains Loadout Operator to oversee unloading corn and loading ethanol and DDGS, while maintaining inventory records and ensuring safety standards.

The role collaborates with Grains Receiving, Maintenance, and Scalehouse teams to support daily operations and optimize material movement across the facility. Applicants should be able to operate payloader and robotic arm and perform routine inspections.

Qualifications

• Experience operating payloader and robotic arm preferred.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Strong safety awareness and procedure adherence.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Grains Receiving & Load-Out Operations: unload corn, load ethanol and DDGS, monitor loading schedules.
• Equipment Operation & Maintenance: inspections, report malfunctions, assist maintenance.
• Inventory & Recordkeeping: maintain records of transactions and reconcile inventory.
• Communication & Teamwork: coordinate with Grains Receiving, Production, and Scalehouse teams.
• General Responsibilities: rotate schedules, perform other duties as assigned.
