Job summary

Green Plains is seeking a Warehouse/Plant Operator to load and unload ethanol, distillers grains, and corn. You will weigh and grade materials, direct trucks, and ensure records are accurately kept.

You will work with maintenance on equipment, maintain a clean and organized plant area, and participate in safety programs. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required, with Microsoft Office proficiency a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driveras license is required.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation are essential.
• Ability to greet customers in a friendly manner.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in grain receiving and grading is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment for loading/unloading of ethanol, distillers and corn.
• Weigh and grade raw materials and final products.
• Load/unload grain by railcar and truck in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and data entries.
• Work with maintenance to identify mechanical issues and perform basic upkeep.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in training programs.
