The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma, a valid CDL with HazMat/Tanker endorsements, and a clean driving record, with experience in grain handling and strong mechanical aptitude. Outdoor work and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements within six months of employment and a clean driving record.
• Follow safety and compliance standards to ensure well-being and safety of others.
• Prior grain truck or similar vehicle experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery.
• Familiarity with grain handling processes and safety protocols.
• This role involves physical labor, including lifting and moving heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and transport grain to specified locations, ensuring on-time delivery and cargo integrity.
• Operate trucks and trailers safely and efficiently, following traffic laws and company policies.
• Assist with loading and unloading grain, ensuring proper handling to prevent loss or contamination.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of trucks and report issues.
• Maintain records of deliveries, hours driven, and DOT compliance.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and wear PPE, complying with state and federal laws.
