Position Objective

Essential Duties

• Safely load, transport, and unload grain.
• Verify delivery tickets and maintain accurate trip records.
• Protect grain quality and customer property throughout each delivery.
• Assist with grain handling and routine equipment upkeep.
• Complete required daily vehicle and safety inspections.
• Comply with traffic laws, DOT regulations, company policies, and applicable safety requirements.
• Promptly report safety hazards, equipment problems, delivery discrepancies, and customer concerns.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean and ensure scheduled maintenance is completed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Class A CDL or the ability to complete required Entry‑Level Driver Training.
• Basic computer skills with strong attention to detail and record accuracy.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work extended seasonal hours, remain seated for extended periods, and work at heights.
