Qualifications

• 3+ years leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations across grain sites.
• Collaborate with growers, carriers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Oversee routine and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture and policy compliance.
• Maintain site safety, bunker hygiene and grain quality.
