We are seeking a motivated Assistant SiteSupervisor to join our Operations team and contribute to the success of our essential grain-handling sites in the WAWheatbelt. About the Role

As the Assistant Site Supervisor, you will play a critical rolein supporting the Site Maintenance & Operations Supervisor in theday-to-day operations and supervision of our grain receival sites. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to take on responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise daily operations across the sites,ensuring all grain receival, storage, and outloading activitiesare carried out safely, efficiently, and to a highstandard.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders including growers,carriers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth andprofessional service delivery.
• Assist with and oversee routine and preventativemaintenance, ensuring it is performed on all equipment toensure maximum availability, operating efficiency andlongevity.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture, ensuringstrict adherence to all Bunge and WHS policies, procedures, andregulations.
• Ensure site safety, bunker hygiene and maintenance of grainquality in storage to reduce stock loss.

About You:

• Minimum 3 years' leadership or supervisory experience,preferably in an Operations or Logistics industry.
• High level of interpersonal skills, includingassertiveness, communication and time management.
• Demonstrated computer literacy, including experience withMicrosoft Office and data management systems.
• Effective communication skills with strong interpersonalskills to manage teams and build relationships.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to managemultiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Confident problem-solver with sound decision-makingabilities.
• Valid and current Driver's Licence; Heavy Rigid (HR)licence highly desirable
• Permanent Australian Work Rights required
• Be able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and randomisedDrug & Alcohol Testing
