This is a full-time position. Typical days and work hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. Additional hours are mandatory during peak seasons, October to end of November. Some weekend work will also be required during peak season only.
The Grain Scale Operator’s responsibilities involve scale operations, customer service, communications, clerical tasks, and other duties as assigned. The operator is responsible for all commodity inbound and outbound tasks, assisting with grain grading and sampling tasks. You must possess strong verbal and written communication skills. It is important to always represent the company in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner while providing exceptional customer service.
