Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to work extended hours during harvest season.
• Forklift certified.
• Previous grain handling experience.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Good vision and dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming, stored, and outgoing grain, ensuring quality and proper blending as needed.
• Grade and test grain before and after drying; report grades accurately for service charges.
• Store grain efficiently and prepare cars for loading to maximize profits.
• Assist plant manager with inspections and maintenance to improve operations and service.
