Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist with grain and meal handling.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of equipment and building.
• Work in a fast-paced environment to weigh, bag, pack, unpack, label and store products.
• Interact with peers and management to promote teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Communicate safely about operation, safety concerns, and maintenance issues.
• Operate equipment for loadout/unload of bulk materials (trucks/rail cars, forklift, skid-steer, etc.).
• Input and record data in computer systems for safety, sanitation and equipment operation.
• Adhere to ADM safety, environmental and quality goals.
