Job summary

CGB Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a grain origination professional to originate grain purchases from growers and promote company products and services. You will analyze customer requirements, execute contracts, and manage accounts while collaborating with area staff.

The role requires 3 years of trading or logistics experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong negotiation and communication skills. Travel up to 10% may be required; base pay ranges between $64,172 and $77,328 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Education and Experience required.
• Master's degree in Agricultural business preferred.
• 3 years' experience in trading, logistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Originate grain purchases from growers and work with origination staff to maximize producer origination.
• Conduct annual farm/business visits for major accounts.
• Add new business accounts to manage/service and document new accounts.
• Review facility and region profit and loss statements with managers.
• Input customer information into the CRM product.
• Gather and review commodity market analysis for location/region.
